Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales to drive business expansion across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services sales, GCC setup, offshore development, and enterprise solutions. This role requires a strong network, consultative selling skills, and the ability to establish high-value relationships with C-level executives, technology leaders, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Penetration
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand SA Technologies’ footprint in the Europe market.
- Identify and target potential SaaS companies, startups, and enterprises needing offshore development and GCC services.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers to sell GCC, BOT, and IT services solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by securing high-value contracts with European clients.
Client Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Understand client business challenges and propose tailored AI, Cloud, and Microsoft technology solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams (Delivery, Talent Acquisition, and Technical Teams) to ensure client success.
- Lead presentations, demos, and proposals to showcase SA Technologies’ expertise.
Partnership & Networking
- Leverage industry connections to generate leads and partnerships in Europe.
- Represent SA Technologies at conferences, networking events, and business forums in Europe.
Pipeline & Forecasting
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline in CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, sales forecasts, and competitive landscape.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, offshore development, or GCC solutions sales.
- Strong network in Europe within SaaS, technology startups, and enterprise markets.
- Proven experience selling GCC, BOT, AI, Cloud, or IT consulting services.
- Ability to navigate and sell to C-level executives, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
- Expertise in consultative selling, contract negotiation, and client management.
- Understanding of offshore staffing models, IT outsourcing, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Europe for client meetings and events.
